Person-centered IDD supports rooted in the community

Uplift & Inspire LLC partners with individuals, families, and care teams to build meaningful everyday lives through community-based, person-centered services across Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware County.

Who we are

At Uplift & Inspire LLC, we take a hands-on approach to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We believe true support starts with listening, learning what matters most to each person, and then building around their goals, routines, and dreams. Our work is grounded in compassion, respect, and authentic relationships. Every person we serve deserves connection, dignity, and the chance to belong fully in their community.
