What It’s Like to Work With Us
As a Community Support Specialist, you will:
- Support people in their homes and communities with daily living skills, community activities, and employment goals
- Build trusting relationships and help people work toward what matters most to them
- Collaborate with families, Support Coordinator, and other team members
- Document services accurately and communicate changes or concerns in a timely way
Training & Development
We believe quality services start with well-trained staff. Team members receive:
- A structured onboarding and orientation process
- Required ODP trainings and ongoing refresher trainings
- Coaching and support from leadership
- Opportunities to grow skills over time, including community-based and employment-focused work
